This is a nice RV park right on Highway 101 in Lincoln City. Very clean and well maintained. Amenities include hot tub, laundry, game room, gym, WiFi, & gift shop. It’s a Good Sam park. A little pricey. But, I’d recommend utilizing this park.

We stayed at this RV park on our Oregon Coast trip. the park is clean and the staff is friendly. It is definitely not kid friendly. It would be fine if you were traveling without children. Also, the walk to the beach is actually kind of difficult and you don’t have much of a view at all of the ocean.

One of the most pristine and well cared-for RV parks we've ever stayed with. Sites are immaculate. Laundry room as well. Staff very pleasant and helpful and they carefully clean each site as soon as occupant departs. Newspaper delivered to your site weekdays. Great dog runs. Special perks from time to time including weekend happy hour with music.
The park is located in an urban environment along the east side of Hwy 101. Sites close to the road can be noisy. Very little in the park to interest kids. Beach a little beyond walking distance. Recommended primarily for adults.

Room tip: Best views are from the second level

We had driven by this resort many times, with and without our RV, and just decided to take a chance - not knowing how amazing it would really be! We stayed over the Memorial weekend holiday (3 nights).
Received a phone call from the park on our arrival day, inquiring on what time we may be arriving-wow, what friendly service! Were given instructions, as the office would be closed when we anticipated our arrival.
Grounds are impeccably clean. Clubhouse and facilities are incredibly clean as well, even though we did not use them. Wifi was pretty good.
Surprisingly, we had a view of the ocean from our RV, looking over nearby vehicles.
The gas fire pit and gathering area in the upper loop are amazing. Spent several hours sitting near the fire and watching the ocean from a distance.
We were fortunate enough to be blessed with live music on two of the three nights we stayed, as well as a hot dog cookout (for a small fee).
The managers, Mike and Olivia were great as well.
Short walk to an amazing beach. We couldn't have asked for better weather or location.
We have already made a reservation to stay again in the near future - we were so impressed!

We booked here based on a past stay at this company's RV resort in Clarkston which was very nice so figured this one would be too. We weren't disappointed and definitely lived up to our expectations. The park is conveniently located, extremely clean and well laid out and people that manage it are all very friendly. My husband was impressed that the trees in the sites were well trimmed back so that they would not scratch the RV. Great beach access within a short walking distance. We are so happy to now have a nice RV park to be able to come to since they are few and far between on the Oregon coast. We definitely will plan to be back.

Room tip: We came here for the weekend. Have a 40' 5th wheel.
