It took us a while to find the restaurant, but it was worth the search. Our service was flawless and the menu inventive and perfectly prepared. Be aware the entrees come with soup and a fairly large salad making it impossible for us to eat all of the great appetizers. Their oysters on the half-shell were plump and delicious and the tomato soup bright and flavorful. The seared scallops were perfectly done and we managed to share a creme brûlée for desert. Yum!! The small plate menu was intriguing and the wine list extensive. Can't wait to go back!

We had a great time having dinner here. We shared a few small plates, and had a bottle of wine at half price (half price tuesday!). Our waitress didn't know the menu very well, but was very sweet, and got us answers to all our questions without any long waits. The menu was limited (nothing like the one on listed here, check their website), mostly pork, no fresh fish (just clams, smoked salmon), but the food was fantastic! We had the smoked duck, the the risotto, and the grilled asparagus - all delicious. The ambience was quiet and intimate (it was once a wine cellar), beautiful mural on the wall. The service was impeccable. I'd definitely recommend it!

Three couples visited June 2017, with reservations for dinner. While traveling, we had a late lunch, so we weren't as hungry as we expected to be. The small plates fit perfectly! One of the group ordered a dinner/not small plate, and it came out after everyone was finished with their small plates. The dinner pork roast was divine, however, probably was worth the wait. Would have been a little better for all to dine at the same time. The crispy pork belly was wonderful! Husband loved sausage of the day. Local wine featured was lovely, we made a point to visit the Dobbes tasting room later that week.

My sister and I enjoyed the halibut and beer specials. Both fairly tasty. Good portions. All their meals come with soup and salad (I had the Cuban black bean soup - highly recommend). Manager was more than happy to make wine pairing recommendations by the glass (they had wine pairing recs on menu but those were by the bottle only and since we had vastly different dishes we couldn't split a bottle). They were accommodating and sat us earlier than our late reservation when we called to inquire. Great service even though they had a group of 22 and 16 in the other room. Make reservations

We enjoyed our dinner and time at Subterra!
The chef selections were delicious and the Bananas Foster was a great dessert to end with!
The manager was also very helpful with our wine selections!
