Description: Tolly's is located in a historic brick building built in 1872. It originally housed the towns drug store and mercantile. As you walk into the restaurant you immediately feel as though you have gone back in time to another era. Local art lines the walls and there are cabinets and displays of antiques throughout the entire facility. We have an antique soda fountain circa 1901 that was recently refurbished and is functional. The bar has a back bar originally built in 1910, there is an 1885 Bosendorffer concert grand piano, 1 of only 3 not in a museum, piano music is played for diners Friday and Saturday evenings. Outside we have beautiful patio, gardens and Koi pond. Hope to see you for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Food was very good and served in a reasonable amount of time. Portion size was generous. Service was quite good and the servers were very pleasant.

One of our favorite places to enjoy a delicious meal, a good cocktail, quiet enough for dinner conversation and a superior friendly staff.
We wish it would always be there for us

Walked into Tolly's and it brought back memories of my childhood sixty years ago when I went to Woolworths fountain and store. Place did not disappoint. Sat at counter and had old fashion milk shake and they leave the can. Price was a little more than sixty years ago but it was worth it. We were going to come back for dinner but had to travel on

Stopped at Tolly's in Oakland, OR for a quick lunch on our way back to Portland from Wildlife Safari. What a great little place. One half is an old time soda fountain and the other side is a bar. The food was good and the people were very friendly. Answered all of our soda fountain questions... i.e. what is an egg cream? This little town by the way is full of antique stores. So if you enjoy antiques and want to have an enjoyable lunch this in the place to go.

This is a pleasant, casual restaurant located in a very historic building in a well preserved 19th century Oregon town. We very much enjoyed our lunches which were quite substantial. Great milkshake! Our server was very nice but the lunch took a while to arrive. Maybe we had arrived right after a number of other customers.

We would definitely stop here again for lunch. It's an easy drive from Hwy 5. Nice not to eat at a freeway junction!
