The conference center is large but the rooms where some of classes where held too small and the back up rooms where very far away.

Wonderful art work for the area. many activities perfect for all. Conferences held; example: the Oregon Dental Conference,:classes, exhibits, reunions, meetings, membership for the dental team , keynote speaker, spots to meet, communicate and quick meal or treats.

You may be visiting Portland just to attend an event at the Oregon Convention Center. You will find it is service by public transportation and taxis as well.

There is vending available and a great place to network at events.

I've been to the Oregon Convention Center several times for conferences and have always been impressed by the facility. It's right on the transit line so it's easy to get to. It's huge, open, and airy and even with lots of people inside it doesn't feel crowded. There are a couple of places to eat and a coffee shop inside the building which is convenient. It's an easy building to navigate and it feels much, much larger inside then when looking in from outside. I love the Focault pendulum!
