You've gotta try the carne asada chimichaga and be sure to order queso for your chips.

Tiny treasure in midtown Roseburg;-)

Authentic Mexican food. Get lots of food for your money. I used the drive thru and is located conveniently in the middle of town.

I had Arroz con Camarones and it was amazing; is has always been the case. The only drawback is the iced tea has always been similar to colored water; no flavor. Stay away from that and you'll be fine. There are only eleven tables, and they're pretty close to each other, but neither of those drawbacks will slow us down on our visits.

We LOVE this place! Best Mexican food we've had since being in Mexico. Tortillas are freshly made while you watch. I recommend the Chicken Tortilla soup which is flavorful and thick with chicken, rice, vegetables, and not too many tortilla strips. See the pic of the woman making fresh tortillas.

Today we tried Burrito Vaquero. We normally go to Gilberto's when we want non fast food Mexican food. Altho it is a little difficult to get in and out off in moderate traffic, it was worth the effort. We both had taco salads, mine was shreded beef, and the wife had shrimp. The salads were full meals. My wife said her shrimp were large and cooked just right. The price was reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will be going back!
