Staff couldn’t have been more friendly! Set us up in a river view room & offered suggestions on restaurants. At breakfast, they showed us live video from Crater Lake, to prepare us for our adventure!
Room was spotless, view was awesome! Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

Edgewater Inn was a good option for us as we were doing a road trip to Crater Lake. We spent two nights and think that it was enough. The room was well air conditioned, had a small dining table, couch and coffee table. There were two queen beds with a bathroom, fridge and microwave area. The decor and furniture if very dated and could use a compete re-haul. The bed spreads had some dust bunnies and stains in them which was not impressive. The WiFi is extremely slow and had trouble connecting throughout our stay. They have a basic continental breakfast with a small seating area. If you are looking for a one to two night stay near Crater Lake, this is your budget Inn.

Room Tip: Rooms on the ground floor are the best as it is easy for getting things in and out of your vehicle.

Stayed here for 1 night as part of our road trip down the West of USA. Stopped here as it's fairly close to Crater Lake. This is a lovely motel, our stay was made even better by the lovely staff here who are super helpful, very friendly, professional and informative. Gave us great recommendation for dinner and answered everything we needed no problems. The room itself is also great, modern ensuite with shower bath and up to date fixings, comfortable bed, TV with lots of channels, mini-fridge etc. Breakfast was great, choice of bagels, english muffins, oatmeal, coffee, tea, OJ, hot choc etc. Hotel also has outdoor pool, hot tub, free parking, cheap coin laundry. Only things we would suggest is to have duvets for beds rather than blankets, and also the wi-fi was quite slow in the evening (but this was probably due to the amount of people using it at that time of day and also remote-ish location, as it was absolutely fine in the morning). Apart form this it was a great stay, would definitely recommend. Thanks, Rosie

We drove through Crater Lake and stopped by Shady Cove for the night. We had reserved a room and the room was exactly what you need with a one night stay over.

The room had a large queen or king bed, a TV, a coffee machine and microwave, all the necessary bathroom facilities and an old looking sofa and chairs. The decor looks a little outdated and you wouldn't want to stay for a week here but for a few nights it is exactly what you need.

The breakfast in the morning was Oatmeal with toppings, some bagels and yogurts. Basic but perfectly reasonable for the location.

Staff were very friendly and helpful although we didn't need them for anything other than check-in.

WiFi is slow and we had trouble connecting throughout our stay.

4 out of 5

Room Tip: Riverside view would be best.
