Fusion moved into an empty building and has made that building come alive. Great food, great service and prices that are equal to the taste and quality of the menu makes for contented diners. This is a breakfast, linch and dinner place that should not be missed.

We decided to dine here after a recommendation from the hotel front desk. It was down town and a little hard to find due to signage. Then we were confused as to where we should park, as the restaurant front was right on the street, so we parked behind the restaurant in what seemed to be a used car parking lot, and entered through the back door with a small sign indicating it was the restaurant.
But once in there, WOW. Very eclectic cafe decor, has funky fun vibe we didnt expect in this little town. I ordered a regular cheeseburger and fries, my husband had the new york or ribeye with grilled onions and mushrooms, and the loaded baked potato fries. WOW! The cheeseburger had REAL tomatoes and was divinely delicious, making a juicy mess on my hands and plate. The fries were good but the loaded baked potato fries are the BOMB. Be sure to order those. The steak was actually as ordered, medium, not medium rare or well done. The onions and shrooms were grilled to carmelization and perfect.
We topped this off with a to-go piece of pineapple tangerine cherry upside down cake, with a side of whipped cream, and a chocolate milkshake.
The owner, I believe, checked on us and when I praised the tomatoes she let me know that they pick their produce fresh.
The waitress was very attentive and I loved the retro look.

I googled for restaurants and this sounded interesting, We went at 530pm for dinner and it was 3/4 full of locals and a table reserved for 6 locals, We were very pleased with the choice and prices, only wish I could have eaten one of their sandwiches but when I saw how large I declined. We will return on our next trip up I-5.
