We have 2 GPS trackers and still had to call the hotel twice to find them. They are behind the MacDonalds in an small, old plaza jammed between several busy streets. You need to drive completely past the MacDonalds and all the store to finally see the Quality Inn sign. Watch out for potholes!
Melissa at the front desk was the only quality thing we found here. She was very pleasant and helpful.
The room was cheap and still overpriced! It was quite small but that's OK.
What wasn't OK was the big stain in the middle of the white blanket on the bed as soon as we walked in. I thought at first the roof was leaking (we were on the top floor) but nope, it was clearly a stain. It looked like someone had poured a cup of coffee on the bed. It was dry so had been there for at least a day or so since the weather was wet.
We couldn't be bothered to go through a call to the desk and the wait to get it cleaned so we simply used the other bed.
The bathroom was old, but quite clean.
So, an old hotel with some problems but cheap.
Be prepared for surprises like Melissa who's nice and the room which may not be.

We arrived Friday and took a quick shower before bed and had hot water. Saturday morning I had hot water just long enough to wash my hair, then ice cold. Saturday night the water was luke warm so again, just a rinse off shower. Sunday morning we were leaving; NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! Was able to wash my hair in the sink, never got a shower, just a sponge bath! Horrible stay! Would not recommend.

Clean, polite staff, decent free breakfast. Definitely a good place for a couple nights stay. Heat worked well in room. Toiletries in room (soap, shampoo, cream). Lobby beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Plenty of parking

We stayed here for one night while attending a wedding in the area. We usually stay at Hilton properties but the Hampton Inn in the Easton area is way over priced so we decided to try the Quality Inn. Our room was ready at 2pm, check in was easy, staff was friendly and while not as updated as a Hampton Inn it did'nt have the hefty room rate they had. The stay was comfortable, breakfast was good, hotel was quiet. Overall for the value we received the room was not bad. The hotel is difficult to find though as it's behind a Long John Silvers

Although this hotel shows up on my Choice Website, After booking 4 employees there, trying to use points, book online I have had it!! Aysha (SP?) says Although they are a Choice Hotel, they don't really follow those rules because they are independently owned. I believe all Choice Hotels are independently owned. I spend $290K a year on lodging for employees and although this is not the worst property ever, it is certainly the worst Choice Hotel Property to deal with. If all Choice Properties were like this I would join another rewards program but thank God they aren't.

Dear John,

Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey regarding your recent stay at Quality Inn.

Allow me to apologize on behalf of our hotel for failing to meet your expectations regarding your choice privileges redemption for your employees. Our staff was following Choice Privileges rules and regulations that only allow Choice Privileges member's immediate family to redeem a reward night. Unfortunately the rooms where booked for co-workers.

Again, thank you for your time and valuable feedback. We sincerely appreciate it and hope you will give us another chance to provide you with superior service and accommodations on your next visit to Easton.

Kind regards,

Araceli Mcintosh
Manager
