Stayed at The Garden Flat for 3 nights in September. The location was great, only minutes from the centre of Ilkley and across the road from Tesco. The flat was beautifully decorated and very spacious, more than enough room for our family of 4. The flat also had lots of baby and toddler equipment including portacot, high chair, bed rail, plastic cutlery and plates, which saved us packing all these things. Perfect for us. Very reasonable price too. Will definitely be booking again in 2 years time when we return.

My Mum and Aunt stayed here for a week and they were impressed by every aspect of the accommodation. Some of their comments:
Towels and bed linen were the standard of a luxury hotel.
Good quality toiletries provided, along with a generous box of supplies, containing well thought out essentials and treats.
Beds and furniture were comfortable and clean.
Carpets were also clean and excellent quality.
Everything was as good as new.
A great supply of DVDs and CDs and excellent instructions for TV and appliances etc along with good recommendations for restaurants etc.
They have already recommended it to various friends.

A good flat with all we needed for a successful stay. Claire was prompt in communication and in response to our request for a extra set of keys. We were close to the town centre and all amenities. The only minor reservation that, despite its name, the flat had no garden.

1 review We (my husband, two adult daughters and myself) chose to stay at the Garden Flat based on it's location, weekly rate and the excellent TripAdvisor reviews, and we were not disappointed!! The flat was clean, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The location could not be more convenient to the supermarket, the train station and the main street and, if you do have a car, the off street parking spot is right outside the kitchen door! We would love to stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend The Garden Flat to anyone looking for accommodation in Ilkley!

Just returned home from a weekend at the Garden Flat and already we cannot wait to return.
Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely welcome pack with all the essentials we would need for the weekend - my husband was straight into the tea and biscuits! The flat itself is spacious but really cosy, there is everything you could possibly need - DVDs, nostalgic board games and wifi means there is plenty to do indoors.
Ilkley is a lovely little town with various bars and restaurants. If you like Guinness I would recommend taking a walk down to The Black Hat on Church Street and sampling their signature self titled cocktail - you won't be disappointed!
We cannot wait to go back and are planning our next trip already! A big thank you to the owners for making our anniversary so memorable.
