Six of us visited here after spending the afternoon at the Bury Gin Festival, so we were all ready for a hearty meal and that's what we all enjoyed.
Shown to a table with no problem (although I suspect we'd have needed a reservation if we'd been arriving much later). Three of us chose the sausage and mash, whilst the others enjoyed the Clarence Burger.
All nicely prepared, presented and enjoyed and still with room for some rather nice deserts.
Staff were as pleasant and friendly as ever and no wonder this has become such a popular venue in Bury.
