We visited this pub and arrived after food closing time, but they kindly opened up the kitchen and served us 2 curries and a lasagne, which were all delicious. We loved our visit to your friendly establishment.

Called this pub on way 2:20pm, she said they stop serving at 2:30 but to come along and she would accommodate us.On arrival they were very busy and we had a drink first. The service and food was outstanding with a bit of a wait which just added to the great atmosphere and conversations we had with Jo,the landlady.Truly an unforgettable experience, thank you.

family friendly local pub full of charm and eccentricity. despite a busy evening on a bank holiday, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious, the menu varied and with local produce. The experience was so good we went back for more

Terrible service, terrible food!
Three of us had lasagne. 2 came out warmish, and the 3rd frezzimng cold in the middle. The 4th meal, being scampi wasn't hot either.
After waiting 15 minutes for my lasagne to come back out, after 3 mouthfuls I discovered what looked and felt like a chicken bone.
The bar smelt, and the pub is dirty and over crowded with clutter. I wouldn't advise eating here at all.
