Our first time here, have walked past a few times before and looked inviting.

Looks nice inside table height in booths could be higher to allow knee space.

Tried their snicker milkshake which was nice.
We ordered burgers now this is where it went down hill. It looked good when came put but the minute I picked it up it poured out with water, oil ...it was so strange. We should have said something but thought maybe the chef was having a bad day and didn't bother draining the fat and perhaps the juice from the tomatoes but it was a lot more than you would expect. I had a bit of a puddle. Never mind. We will return again and give another go.
As it's a nice small cafe / bar to perhaps kill some time in.

Staff were lovely but It was a long wait which I wish we would have been told before we sat down or during waiting how long it would be.

We had burgers which were okay but weren't amazing for the price. They were well presented and look tasty but looks are deceiving. The sweet potato fries are good and so were the milkshakes.

Great atmosphere, good vibe, quite a lot of seating, great decor. Food lovely! pulled pork nachos and a burger was delicious. Service good. G&Ts even better!

Came here as it's quite close to home and is probably one of the better places in St Austell town to eat. Although we haven't been for a while
The decor is good and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly
We went for the tapas which is something of a limited choice but the also offer burgers etc.

The tapas was fine and well priced (5 for £20) although the portions are a little on the small side if I'm honest and whilst we also had a side of fries it wouldn't be enough for the hungry- wine was good
One observation from my wife was the toilet door was always open and didn't always offer a pleasant view from our table

Yes would come again - recommend for a chill out night if you aren't too hungry

Lunch lite bite...

A very good experience, “Thank You”

✅ Nice greeting.
✅ Very quick turnaround from ordering our tuna sandwiches
✅ Served promptly ~ happy staff, very busy.
✅ Deliciousness on a plate. Well done.

NB. A few housekeeping improvements needed, table slightly smeared, crumbs and ‘bits’ under a few adjacent tables...

My overall rating is Very Good
