A very quiet B & B about a kilometre out of the lovely village of Berry. The location was great for browsing the South Coast of NSW exploring equally lovely villages of Kiama, Gerringong, Milton and Jervis Bay.
The B & B itself had very comfortable beds and a small but adequate lounge area in the room - great for indoor days when the weather was bad and we could sit quietly and read.
The hero of the stay was the breakfast which was included in the price. The host, Rick, served up a terrific a la carte breakfast which showcased the produce both of his garden and of the district - incredibly low food miles!
Highly recommended for an escape and stress-free holiday.

My wife and I had a lovely night here and wish we could have stayed longer. Great gardens and private rooms with lovely shared areas! Would recommend for people after a little country get away. Its well located just on the edge of town.

We recently spent a weekend at this establishment, we found the host Rick to be very pleasant and obliging but unfortunately felt the premises did not live up to its five star rating. The grounds were very unkempt, tennis court unplayable, verandas and gardens unmaintained. Underfloor heating advertised but in room 5 it was either not working or turned on. On the plus side the linen and towels were excellent. Overall we feel it is overpriced for the condition of the property and did not meet our expectation for the rating it has from the NRMA.

Disregard the negative comments - this is a homely guesthouse.
Rick is lovely- he is there and he is not.
The rooms are large and the towels in the bathrooms very fluffy!
Cadbury favourites can be found in your room and the lounge.
The breakfast was good with the most delicious local yoghurt.
We were a group of 7 ladies away for the weekend and this was perfect.

Room Tip: All the rooms gave a lovely outlook
