Owner description: Now internationally recognised, Bluesfest attracts an array of Blues and Roots artists from all over the world, as well as offering the stage to a wide variety of local performers. Held over the Easter long weekend in Byron Bay, the festival showcases amazing musical talent inside the huge grounds, and offers lots of great food and drink options, camping facilities and family-friendly activities in a truly Australian, laidback environment.

Woodstock was in '69 and I feel like I'm in a modern version. The Byron Bay Bluesfest is one fantastic way to share a 5 day Easter weekend laughing, cheering, singing and listening to amazing artists perform.
Line ups include Robert Plant, Seal, Jackson Brown, Lionel Ritchie and so many more.
Can't stop smiling.
I'm locking this into my 2019 calendar.

Thank Priss M

Bluesfest as an organisation seem to be in pretty good control of the electronic media, so you won’t see many negative comments about the festival. The simple truth is that they haven’t been able to attract the quality of artists in the numbers they have in the past (google the lineup from 2013 and compare it with the current line up). Is it enjoyable (yes) but as I sit in the largest tent ( mojo) at 6.46 on Saturday, you could put up your own tent inside there is so much empty space. People have voted with their feet. Are you listening Peter?

Returned to BBBF this year hoping management would have done something to alleviate the absolute nightmare of trying to exit the car park after festival closure each night. Once again very dissapointed to find that nothing has been done and will definitely not be returning in the future.

Our experience has not been positive, rude staff, poor facilities and a very average lineup, Expensive for what you get especially now there are extra charges for VIP bars, front row tickets etc. I would save your cash.

We have been going to blues Fest nearly every year for 10 years now and we love it. Great music, vib, food, drinks. Our 5 year old daughter has been coming with us since she was born and we do all whole 5 days. X
