Accessible from main highway if you dont have a car. Free entrance! Place is kinda small but was able to fit the japanese theme. Love the cottage above the koi pond and the bridge!

I just loved the garden the galley and the food. Good coffee too. I will always take my visitors there, particularly those from overseas.

Regional Gallery offers a wide variety of local artists as well as a great restaurant and outside gardens based on a Japanese theme.

Modest sized regional showing Brett Whiteley and Russell Drysdale when we visited. Enjoyable exhibition, $7.50AUD entry to exhibition. Nice gallery shop. Gosford has sister city arrangement with Japanese city Edogawa and shop has many cute Japanese-themed items. We would have liked a cup of coffee but gallery coffee shop was closing (seemed early as gallery open until 4pm and we visited about 2.30-3pm). Small, pleasant Japanese gardens adjoin the gallery. Bright koi carp in the pool, nice shady places to sit. Entry to gardens is free.
Family group ages range from 12 - 60. Spent about 45 mins overall visit (Gallery, shop, gardens - would have lingered if coffee still being served).
