I went for a last minute snowboarding trip on the last weekend of the season. As always with Australian resorts, I keep my expectations low as the conditions are not always great. I understand why they have so many T bars (high winds) but they do get annoying when they are the only option for where you want to ride.
Some of the terrain is lots of fun and they have plenty of terrain park options from beginner to expert.
If you do go late in the season. Don't be in a rush to get on the mountain early as it is very icy. Wait util the sun has softened it up a bit.
Apart for the snow, I found a lack of quality dining options in the village. I would recommend the Burger Bar for good burgers and other food.
The bakery has good pies and coffee. Great for a morning snack after you've worked up an appetite. Central Road 2625 is possibly the best eating option. Nothing is cheap on the mountain.
