Wonderful staff, and lovely accommodations. Well worth the price. We had a lovely experience and would return there again when we are in the area. A convenient location made this a winner. Easy to get to and lots of sightseeing nearby.

All of the staff was very nice, rooms were clean and breakfast was on point. Will stay here again in the future. Everyone I came across that worked there said hi and were always smiling. This means alot to me.

Pillows were flat and uncomfortable! Breakfast was not very good! Not a good choice of food. $3 for a bottle of water is totally ridiculous! The staff was very nice and pleasant! The only good thing about our stay!

Used to be Hampton was high quality. Now it is just an average motel. I always wanted to stay at a Hampton when I traveled. Now I feel it is quantity over quality. The workers were less than friendly. Breakfast was crowded and people were waiting for seTs and tables. Average breakfast, food was not hot.

I apologize that our accommodations fell below expectation. I will pass along your feedback regarding your experience with our breakfast and staff to our General Manager. Additionally, I wanted to let you know that we have an extensive refresh planned for our property starting in January 2017. During this time, we will be adding some additional seating for our breakfast area specifically to combat limited seating concerns during busier times of the year. If you visit Lancaster again in the future, we would love to see you again to provide you a better experience. Thank you again for your comments and for staying with us. Stayed here for a soccer tournament very comfortable and clean hotel. Location was ideal to fields, food and shopping. Complimentary breakfast was convenient. Like having hot beverages available in the evening
