We just got back home this morning after staying here for two nights. Everyone who works here is extremely courteous and they go out of their way to help you. The 24 hour coffee was a bit cool later in the afternoon and the desk clerk immediately made fresh for us !We will definitely stay here again.

Each member of our party of four was extremely satisfied with the room and hotel. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying and saved us a little money that could be used for our shopping trip. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Have stayed at many Hampton Inns over the last years. This one lacked that special "clean, clean" feel. Also, too many variables in pricing for same number of persons and type of rooms. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. There were too few seats at breakfast time. Outdoor trash cans were filled to overflowing much of the time.

I'm happy you were pleased with our great team, who works very hard to provide our guests with positive and memorable experiences. Per the Hilton brand, we provide various discounts to guests based on their loyalty (i.e. Hilton Honors), memberships to different groups (i.e. AAA, military), and if they go through a third party site (i.e. Advanced Purchase). We stayed two nights (2 adults, a toddler, and baby) during Columbus Day weekend while on our Lancaster family trip. We had a queen studio room (I think that is what it was called). L-shaped room with queen bed in one end and sofa sleeper in the other end. The room worked fine for us. All of the staff from the check in desk to housekeeping were very nice and courteous. Our one complaint - although the room was very neat and mostly clean, we found the floor was very dirty. Not dirty as in needed a vacuuming, but dirty as in needing a shampooing. The bottoms of our socks were black within just a short time. I understand it is unreasonable to expect a hotel to shampoo the carpets very often, but we thought how dirty our socks got so quickly was unusual compared to other hotels we've stayed at. All in all though, we did like the hotel otherwise, including the nice breakfast spread, so if we stay here again, we'll just bring slippers or extra pairs of socks.

Spent a couple nights here on a recent visit to Amish country. Typical for the brand it has decently appointed rooms with comfortable beds, friendly staff and a decent included breakfast of waffles, cereal, omelets, sausage, yogurt, sweets and bagels. They also offer a complimentary sack breakfast and a bottle of water at no charge for those in a hurry.

Room Tip: Higher floors offer better views.

And yes, our "On the Run" breakfast bags are filled with goodies like fresh fruit, granola bars, mini breakfast loaves, and water and are super convenient for those in a hurry or simply those who aren't morning people... like me!
