We enjoyed a 2-night stay, long enough to deeply appreciate the very friendly and attentive staff. Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The parking staff quick and careful. The facility overall was great —really interesting history— and the location was close to so much of the heart of Pittsburg. This was our 1st stay in a Drury hotel. We stayed in a 2nd location on our trip and we are going to look for them from now on. They definitely feel like they are trying harder.
Pittsburg is a richly interesting city with some great people. We thoroughly enjoyed our sightseeing and foodie visit!

Enjoyed my stay here and staff were really friendly, especially Darnell and the concierge parking staff.

Hotel is missing out on huge opportunity to serve cocktails and BBQ on roof terrace on days with great weather. It would be a money spinner!!

Rooms are great and beds are very comfortable.

Perfectly clean property, friendly and helpful staff, delicious hot breakfast included (server-staffed buffet), huge guest room, beautiful decor, comfy beds. Valet with in and out privileges, add $30 per night to your rate! Great value overall.

Great stay! Would reccomend! The staff was kind, the food was good, the price is right. Great location - easy walk to anywhere in the city including Strip District, bridges and inclines. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Cool terrace on 8th floor.

We stayed here for about 10 days in Jan 2021. The general manager, Mr Nathan, is an absolute gem, as is the rest of the team. Apologies for a very delayed review.

We took a large room (a king room with an attached living area that had a sofa bed for our child). Very comfortable. They got us an extra lamp for light on request and there was a coffee machine (using pods) in the room as well.

They had a limited breakfast due to COVID but was adequate to get a start to the day. Cereal, some bread, yogurt, etc.

The hotel also offers an evening heavy snack and drinks which is good enough for dinner if you're feeling lazy to step out.

I would not hesitate to come back here ever - this will be our home in Downtown Pittsburgh always.

The hotel is walking distance from everything in downtown - many other hotels, restaurants, bars, shops, the theatres, etc (most were shut in Jan 2021 due to the virus, but I think this area would be vibrant once this mess is all behind us).

Room tip: The pool and a lounge are on the top floor, so if you want to smoke (outdoors on the lounge) or swim a lot, think about staying here. :-)
