Went there New Years Eve for the first time and was disappointed to say the least. There was 1 other table and food too forever. When it did arrive not everything was there. Drinks took forever although we just ordered draft beer.

We decided to stop and give it a try after passing it many times. Got there about 5:30 on a Saturday night and it was packed. Waited about 15 minutes for a table. Once we were seated it took about 20 minutes to get a drink order in. Once we finally did get our food it was very very good. I think they are severely understaffed as no many of the staff were smiling. The hostess was bussing tables and didn’t seem very thrilled. Would we go again yes. But not at that time of day

Tried this place again recently after it underwent new ownership.. Won't go back. Although the menu indicates interesting flavorful food, it is very lackluster. They used to have the best french onion soup around, now it's just okay. Dissapointed it's not as good as it was 10 years ago.

It's true Bubba's had fallen off slightly after the real Bubba passed away. But I'm telling you it is BACK!! The food is outstanding!! Yet again, they have the best French Onion Soup around. Their happy hour choices and prices are unmatched, anywhere in the Lehigh Valley, especially once you see the portion sizes. Service at the bar is beyond exceptional!! Their main bartender Ryan is a pleasure to talk with. He's a military veteran, he's well spoken and educated, and the best part, he's a phenomenal bartender! His drinks are amazing and boy is he fast. Anyone unsure about Bubba's nowadays, need only to visit Ryan at the bar and enjoy the evening.

It has been many years since I was last here and overall it's still good and a place I'd return to. One included picture is of the hot ham and cheese sandwich I had for lunch. The other picture is of a partially blocked emergency exit in the corner. When I asked the server for the password to the free customer wifi, she said the owner refused to give it out to anyone. TVs were all on sports channels, except for the bar. Might be a while til I come back.
