Had breakfast here after leaving a nearby hotel. Food was good, not outstanding. Server was not very attentive for a non-busy place. It is a decent place to get an average breakfast.

We decided to stop in for breakfast as we love a good diner however this place was extremely dirty and when the waitress brought us plates for the breakfast buffet one was wet so she wiped it with a dirty rag she had in her pocket it was just gross we won't be returning.

During a trip to Philadelphia, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast two mornings in a row. I had the western crepes and they were really good! My wife had eggs and bacon with hash browns, which she enjoyed ( except there was too much hash browns).
On Saturday we had the breakfast buffet and watched Julio make omelette for us. DELICIOUS!!
Can't wait to come back for dinner....the menu is quite extensive. Overall, Andy's was very good.... good service, everyone was clean and the food's good.

It was barely OK. We were a small group for breakfast. The bacon and sausage tasted very "institutional." Other items consumed by my group said that the flavors were just OK. For this price range, the quality of the food should be better considering the nearby competitors on the Boulevard have the same level of taste for a bit less money. I don't believe any of that Andy's "hype" that everything is home-made from scratch in Andy's kitchen. My Granny never added a ton of salt to soups to hide the lack of flavor and substance. I agree with other reviewers that the French Toast would be more appropriate for a prison or college dorm. Even an Army Mess Hall has better French Toast and better home fries without the old-grease flavor. If Andy's wants to succeed, buy BETTER ingredients and don't skimp on the prep.

We have visited Andy's several times for the breakfast buffet. There is an omelette station and a hot breakfast bar. They have sausage, bacon and scrapple along with biscuits, cream chipped beef, pancakes, homefries, French toast, oatmeal, and waffles. They also have salad, bread and pastries. For $11 you can't beat it!
