We stayed at the Hampton Inn Doylestown for two nights on a whim. We wanted to explore Doylestown a bit, but there weren't many lodging options in town with vacancies. The Hampton Inn was only a short drive from the downtown area, making it a great base. We had a few slight problems with our room (website said DVD player but no DVD player to be found, our toilet backed up the first afternoon) but the manager was extremely accommodating and fixed every issue with patience and grace (Thanks Mary Ellen!). The hotel itself is set back on a main highway (Easton Rd), so our room was very quiet. Easton Rd. also has every store possible (think Wegmans, Wawa, Target, Walmart, Red Robin, Marshalls, etc), making late night snack runs a breeze. We did not use the pool or attend the free breakfasts. Overall we were very happy with our experience.
