We've lunched at The Athenian Gardens for many years. The food is consistently excellent ... and fresh ... and service is fast and friendly. Stefan and his mother do an amazing job and it shows. Their gyro sandwich and platter are the gold standard against which we judge others. And Mama Maria makes moussaka to die for.

Advice: Parking is at a premium (it's directly across from the hospital) so be prepared to park nearby if no spaces are open in the restaurant's small lot. Also, when it gets super-busy with order-in and takeout requests, Stefan has been known to shut the door for a while until they are able to catch up. It's a small business, with maybe 15 tables total.
