We arrived at 2:30ppm and the place was packed. We managed to secure a place at the bar and had a nice late lunch. The flounder sandwich was great and crab cake was good no oysters available even though listed on menu no problem had good time

This was a great first stop for a good lunch on our trip to Charleston. The food and service were great.

We made a reservation and got a table outside on the deck.

Beer selection was good as well, as I wanted to try a local beer.

We usually try and try local places to eat while on vacation.

This place had great food, and loved the atmosphere.

We would recommend for lunch.

Taste, flavor, and presentations were excellent. After going to eat to three highly rated seafood restaurants in Charleston this restaurant deserves the best rating in all aspects: taste of dishes, flavor, presentation, uniqueness, and service! We were highly impressed of the fantastic flaky, well presented, tasty crab cake appetizer - one of the best we have had throughout all of our travels!
We enjoyed our meals: grits with shrimp, spinach salad with oysters. Great attentive service!

Fleet Landing Restaurant in Charleston, South Carolina, has all the trappings of a peel 'n eat shrimp joint on Florida's Gulf Coast. Except it's so much more ritzy. Located at 186 Concord Street, at the intersection of Concord and Cumberland, at the foot of historic City Market, a short walk from Waterfront Park, Fleet Landing offers southern seafood staples in a sleek, light-filled venue with a patio overlooking the waters of Charleston Harbor. It serves lunch fro 11 to 3:30 and dinner from 5 to 10. My wife and I decided to enjoy dinner at sunset. We started with lump crab bruschetta with goat cheese, basil pesto, balsamic tomatoes and balsamic glaze, a half-pound of peel n' eat shrimp served chilled with Old Bay Seasoning and a bowl of Lowcountry seafood gumbo with Andouille sausage, Okra and rice. For an entree, my wife chose a pan-roasted Atlantic salmon with charred tomato vinaegrette, garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. I indulged in a 12-ounce char-grilled ribeye steak with roasted Red Bliss potatoes, green beans and demi glaze with seared shrimp on the side. For dessert, we shared large slices of southern pecan pie with vanilla ice cream and key lime pie with raspberry sauce. Looking across the Cooper River at the USS Yorktown, I wondered what those sailers would have thought if their menu featured a dinner like this.

We stopped here with family. I loved the location and the unique history of the building. I ordered the low country boil and it was good except for the corn. The corn was tough to eat, not tender. My dad ordered us a piece of chocolate dessert as a surprise and it was really good. They have high chairs that are table height, which my kids love!
