We popped in for dinner because it was just feet from the Vera Boutique Hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed. The service was friendly, the beer was good, and the food, especially the fries, was quite good. It would be a great place just to drink a beer or cocktail and relax.

This place was recommended by our tour boat captain. We arrived late evening, and the bartender was super friendly. I asked her to just make me a general “fun” drink, which she did, and it was delicious! There were plenty of good IPAs on tap. The live music was fun. We ordered the crabcake sandwich, which was delicious. Had a bit of a kick with some added heat. Waffle fries were crispy perfection!
At the time of night we went, it was more of a bar crowd than a family crowd. I would imagine it would be perfectly appropriate for dining with kids earlier in the evening.
Drinks and food were amazingly reasonably priced! Outdoor seating was awesome on a beautiful night!

Service was not good. Restaurant forgot half of original order placed and then took over an hour to try and correct it, which they never fully did. They never took full responsibility for my sub par experience.

I would highly recommend NOT taking kids to dine.

Honestly, we expected more. After hearing raves about Lowlife...we thought it would be better. Everything was OK. Nothing was great. Maybe if we drank more...it would've been better.

We found this place by accident and were glad we did.
