We had a simply awesome visit over Labor Day week. Resort was totally full, but everything went without any issues. Dave and Natalie at View 32 went above and beyond. Concierge was also extremely helpful and gave great advice. Looking forward to Kids Club opening back up….

Room tip: Limited bikes for small kids at bike rental company on site. Local company, Bike Doctor, is cheaper and will drop off and pick up bikes.

We are a family of 4 with two small kids (6 and 7 years old) and we stayed at an Ocean view room. We opted to call for house keeping services rather than have it cleaned everyday, however we were not informed about a 24 hour notice we had to provide them with. The day before check out we decided to call to get house keeping and were informed that it was not possible since they need a 24 hour heads up. When we mentioned we were not told about this notice and that trash has been piling up, they told us that they will have someone come over to clean the room later in the day. No one came to clean the entire day and also with their policy of trash removal through service express at anytime, noone showed up.

This isnt the first time I have stayed at a Marriott hotel and the service at this hotel is not to Marriott standards or any reputable hotel's standards.

Tip: Either ask for daily housekeeping at check in or make sure you call 24 hours ahead. Do not rely on false promises/statements made by hotel staff. If they do, please ask for their name so youy can hold them accountable.

Visited over Labor Day weekend. It’s tough rating hotels during COVID-19 as there are staff shortages everywhere. They were understaffed and it did effect the service. At check in the guy that checked me in was not friendly nor acknowledged Marriott Titanium status. Rooms were dated and need a refresh desperately. Great location on the beach. Poor value for the money spent. Someone else mentioned they were able to use SNA even with the hotel booked 100%, I was not lucky enough to get upgraded with SNA. Probably wouldn’t return to this resort, especially at the prices.

This was the second year in a row we have visited the hotel for Labor Day weekend. We didn't have any issues. I used some SNA's and was upgraded to an Ocean View room. The hotel was full and there was a wedding on Saturday evening. The food and drinks were good. We did rent a day bed on Monday and it was nice. They are short staffed on the pool area but the server did a great job even when she was the only one working on Monday. Tip...people reserve lounge chairs early. Our room/bath was a little tired but not like others stated. We did get maid service daily and they did a great job. I was able to secure a 4pm late check out on Monday but I had to ask twice. No issues with parking. We will come back.

Beautiful pool area with nice restaurant overlooking the ocean and bar area near the pool with $12 drinks. Severely understaffed housekeeping, and a lot of pushback from staff when you want your room cleaned. I was overcharged and misinformed by staff several times. For example, a waiter at View 32 told us the restaurant closed at 10:45 p.m. on Sunday, but we could not get seated at 9:45 p.m. and were barely able to get takeout because it was “Last Call”. When I called for housekeeping, the person on the phone told me that I could get a $50 food and beverage credit for the lack of housekeeping, but it was not added to my account, and we had to fight for it. The water in the pool was somewhat cloudy and not clear. There was great live music poolside on Saturday and live music which came from the restaurant on Sunday. I got a deal on Hotwire so it was worth the troubles. But next time, I would stay at one of the resorts that are more centrally located. This resort is at the far end of the beach and not near the main tourist area. This could be a great resort if it was fully staffed.
