My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Resort because we had free complimentary three nights. I wasn't disappointed. The customer service was outstanding!!! It seems every employee was trained in customer service and it made me and my wife especially glad the way every employee treated us.

Room Tip: Every room has a beach view!

Wonderful hotel on the beach with pool and a professional staff and all of the amenities you would want. Location, location, location - near attractions including golf, shows and, of course, the beach. Reasonable prices, large, comfortable rooms, great restaurant and bar.

Outdated furnishings, decor, poor lighting in rooms, stairways: I couldn’t believe I was in a Hilton. The staff was the only shining example of Hilton excellence—friendly, helpful. There aren’t enough Hilton points to compensate for this memory. Not worth a fraction of the cost.

Room furniture, decor, and bathroom all need an update. Bathroom is small and only one sink. Tile around tub does not go with style or color of floor tile. Feels haphazard. Rooms not convey a Hilton feel.

Very nice property, with a business group so rates in March very good. Room had an ocean view. Property next door was built very close to this one!? Very slow internet kept dropping, requiring frequent re- connect. Great Restaurant overlooking pool and during daylight, the ocean. bar, snack bar, Starbucks, small giftshop/C-store. 4 elevators and still occasionally slow. No iPod connection. Cannot change clock so make sure time is correct! Small convention center adjacent, where we had a small trade show.
