Awesome dinner and our server Katie was great and super attentive! We didn’t make a reservation but the managers were very nice and accommodating. Will be back soon to dine again.

Riley was our waitress and she was incredible! She was very attentive and friendly. Great explanation of the different options! It was my birthday so my sister and I chose to do The Big Night Out Dinners For Two. It was soooo delicious! I highly recommend the CoQ Au Vin cooking style with extra vegetables. You won’t regret eating here! Great food and amazing service. Will definitely be going back as soon as possible and I will definitely request Riley!

I can only guess that those giving 4 or 5 star reviews have never been to a fine dining establishment as this is very mediocre and extremely overpriced. I can’t see how any of the food would ever be worth $220 for 3 people. We were disappointed with our experience as the food was bland and very basic and our serve was just alright, even unpleasant at times. Either way, you’re pressured to leave no less than 20% gratuity (No option for less and the waiter stands over top of you watching you as you select it with options starting at 20%) which was absolutely not warranted in our case. The restaurant is very dark and similar to any chain sit down restaurant (think Ruby Tuesday’s, Applebee’s, O’Charley’s) Boiling your own raw meats bite by bite takes quite a long time and your entree consists of boiled meats and veggies (select) and some sauces which we were just given a piece of paper to describe each one) and that’s it. Also not really a kid friendly place as we were never even given a kids menu despite there one being advertised on site and our serve seemed to not care at all. She said there was a smaller portion for kids entrees for $12.99 and that was it. The other options are apparently not available for kids which is why you even come: for the fondue and dessert... not boiled meats. If you must go for fondue, SKIP THE ENTREE and stick to the cheese fondue and dessert. We were looking forward to this experience but unfortunately, it will be our very last as we left feeling as though we didn’t get near the value of the money we paid. Not a fine dining establishment by any means. What could they be charging all that money for?? They must be making so much profit and As customers we just walk away feeling taken. You got me, Melting Pot , but never again.
