-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware
-Dining area: dining table seating for six (two extra dining chairs are stored at laundry room), additional seating for two at the counter
-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer
-Enclosed backyard with patio with a charcol grill and table/chairs seating for four
-Covered front porch with comfortable chairs
-Beach chairs (4) and beach umbrella (1) provided
-Private community pool just across the property
-Monthly rent is available from Oct. to Feb.

I went to Myrtle Beach for a week, Mustang week had a great time enjoyed the cottage. Everything that you forgot while rushing to leave home Victor has graciously provided for you from coffee filters to beach chairs, it's very quiet ,people are friendly and they do respect your privacy, Beach is within a half a block. One night we decided to cook out we figured we were going to go get lighter fluid and charcoal lo and behold there was lighter fluid in charcoal if you're looking to take your family to a place where you get your bang for your buck this is it. Victor will call check on you make sure everything is okay if you do send him an email or phone call he will respond to you almost immediately. I've talked to family and friends who continue to go to the same place every year when you find something that's good you stick with it and this is good..,..

Perfect Myrtle Beach Condo
This well furnished condo is literally a block from Myrtle Beach shore! If you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay, this is the place. Beach chairs and gear were also included for use! The hosts were readily available and made sure our stay was great!! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Amazing
This rental was close to everything, victor was always checking in and very helpful, the house had everything and very clean. The family is talking about two weeks next year! Thanks for the amazing stay!

Very nice, home away from home feeling.
Have been visiting Myrtle Beach for almost 10 years. First time we didn't camp and was very pleased with the rental. Very clean and had a nice homey feel to it. Close to everything. Beach is only two short blocks away. Would definitely recommend staying there. Victor was a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful!
The house was absolutely perfect! Everything was as pretty as pictured. I'm usually eerie about staying places I don't know but this place was so clean! There's a Walmart around the corner and the beach is a 3-5 minute walk. The house was more than expected, we opted for an additional night! Victor was great at responding back to my texts & questions as well. Will stay again when we return!

Great stay!
Nice property and short walk to the beach. Everything we needed was there. If you are looking for a more quiet beach and a great place to explore head to Huntington Beach State Park. We loved it there.
