My husband and I wanted to get a feel of an old southern home. Not only is this B&B beautiful and rich with history, but the owners are exceptional hosts. I loved the wood details and historic architecture. Sitting on the porch with the massive columns after exploring Agusta was relaxing and peaceful. My bed was very beautiful and comfortable. The owners did a great job making us feel welcomed and the food was delicious.

Dear Heather:
Thanks so much for the gracious words. Glad you two enjoyed the bed, guestroom and more! What fun you were having on the bikes - I hope the rest of the trip and meetings went well for the two of you. We do our best to meet everyone's needs, and are so happy to know we have met yours.

A lovely historic home, full of charm. Don't usually like b&bs because you can be overwhelmed with other company. Thankfully only one other couple staying so we were left alone. Room was beautifully decorated and furnished but much smaller and darker than appears on website. Bathroom was opulent and large, again lighting not great for makeup application. No TV in room, only in parlour so we had a drink on the porch enjoying the evening breeze instead. Zonked out to sleep with jetlag. Mattress was very uncomfortable, think it needs replacing. Breakfast was communal which normally puts us off, it is hard to be chatty first thing, but other couple was lovely and we found lots of common ground. Food was nice and lots of coffee.

Dear Monika:
Thanks for taking the time to record your thoughts as you have. We are grateful for the nice review and have noted a couple of your suggestions; First the lighting in the room... We are sorry if we did not show you the overhead lighting switch with controlled intensity. The dimmer switches, as we call them, in both the bathroom and main bedroom areas, when adjusted can add the perfect amount of light you require. We try hard to make that amenity known to each guest, and apologize again for failing to point it out to you. As for the mattress, we will do a check on it to see if it requires replacing. The suite you stayed in is likely our most popular, so we want to make sure the "bed" of our "bed and breakfast" is just perfect. Thanks once again!

We weren't initially intending to stop in N. Augusta when planning our trip, but very glad we did. First we learned that N. Augusta is a very charming place overall and The Rosemary Inn is the crowning jewel.
Having stayed in many B&Bs and older historic houses across the country this home is at the top of the list. Using the word 'home' is appropriate as the Proprietors, Kelly and Diana do everything to make you feel comfortable and at 'home'.
We stayed in the Alexander Suite; very worth it. The bathroom alone is wonderful.
Breakfast was perfect and most enjoyable.
Finally the house for its size is immaculately kept, extremely clean, and every detail attended to. You won't find dust or grime anywhere... remarkable.
If you're near N. Augusta make a point to stay here. You will be glad you did.

Room Tip: We were in front of the house and it was quiet and no road noise.

My husband and I stayed here on our way to our new duty station in NC. Wonderful B&B! The owners go above and beyond to make your stay special! The atmosphere, the food, and the comfort were exceptional. We will be back!

A great hands-on job by owners who pour themselves into their passion and continuously go above and beyond. Their attention to detail and concern that we have a superior lodging and dining experience were magnificent and made our weekend get-away one to remember. We can't wait to go back, and we will!

Room Tip: I'm not aware of any problems here.
