Great place for breakfast and a short walk from the Hilton City Center hotel. Order at the counter, grab your drinks and find a table. Informal but friendly and inviting. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The coffee is good, the food=EXCELLENCE!! Everything on menu is hand crafted. You will not be disappointed. You will pay a little more than other places, but well worth. Below is a pic of my salad, delicious and fresh, but the cost $9.25. My husband and I ate lunch there: he had a turkey wrap, cup of soup, and a cafe mocha, I had: salad, cup of soup, pumpkin latte. Total bill $33.00. Still, no regrets, and I definitely would return there.

Several pastry and hot tea choices in addition to coffee beverages. Comfy decor. Also, offers locally made pasta noodles for cooking projects.

Josiah's has had a few good choices on their most have been removed leaving other items that are over priced and ok. The coffee tastes burnt and is more expensive than Starbucks or caribou coffee. Kind of hit or miss.
