We were in town for two days looking for recommendations for hiking, vistas. Folks who worked there pointed us in the right direction each day! Flying Squirrel for dinner shouldn’t be missed. Thanks, love the local bread for breakfast.

Three 50 year old friends came up for a mountain bike trip. Each of us got a bunk for the night. We were sceptical staying at a hostile but boy were we surprised. Modern, clean, bunks had locking storage, comfy bed, fan, outlets, privacy curtain. Laundry facility and very secure. Nice to have bread, eggs, peanut butter, jelly and great coffee in the morning to fuel our day. 120% will stay here again. Outstanding value

great spot! great vibe. clean linens, hot showers, several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.
Recommend a bunk on the second floor. For security, only residents can access the floor you are staying on. However, on the first floor, the restrooms are in the hallway before the locked door and bunk area. So every time you go to the bathroom, you need to bring your key. The second floor's bathroom is within the secured area.
Staff was great. I arrived late (about 10:30 PM) and in advance I was given the mobile number of the staffer who was going to check me in, in case there were any problems.

Room Tip: 2nd floor preferred. .see above note

I stayed a night at the Crash Pad whilst visiting Chattanooga recently and the whole experience was great from start to finish. The staff were so welcoming, the rooms immaculate, the facilities excellent and the location was central and perfect for exploring the town! I must give a special mention to Rachel, who was so accommodating and really went above and beyond for the best customer service experience! I will most definitely be staying again when I return and highly recommend the Crash Pad to all those visiting the area- you won’t regret it!

We stay in Chattanooga frequently (it's our fave little town). Crash pad is great to stay at if you're planning on spending a lot of time discovering the city. We had a private queen room (they also have bunk's & a couple family rooms) that was more than enough for our stay. There's a kitchen and food provided to make your own breakfast in (which we enjoyed), the common area indoors and outside is cozy.
