Having stayed in cramped B & B's in the past, we were pleasantly surprised to find a good sized very comfortable room with tea & coffee making facilities, TV and en-suite shower room.
There is a sea view, a variety of animals in the garden and a pub at the end of the lane.
Breakfast was excellent with fresh "tasty" produce. The owners were welcoming and friendly.
We would not hesitate to recommend Manor Farm.

We stayed here for an evening before going to a party in the next door village hall.

The double room was comfy and well equipped with an ensuite, TV and tea and coffee tray. You really are in the heart of the countryside here - rolling hills and a sea view, with the menagerie of animals wandering around outside.

The hosts, Mandy and Humphrey, were very charming, and plied us with homemade Marmalade and local produce (including eggs laid just outside the bedroom window) at breakfast the following morning.

I wouldn't come here if you are after high-speed broadband (or any broadband - the village was down when we were there) and the cockerels could do with a mute button at 4am, but that is part of the charm.

A final lovely touch was a Christmas card for each guest as we left.

Room Tip: The room overlooking the chickens can get a bit lively when the cocks start crowing in the early hours

Myself, my mother and son had a lovely time had the Manor Farm thanks to Mandy, the fascinating farm animals and the delicious breakfast. The B & B is in a fantastic location with a sea view, rolling hills and 2 great pubs nearby, especially the Smugglers Inn. This B & B is modest, quiet and the owners are very accommodating, good value for money and comfortable.

I stayed at this farmhouse and all the rooms have all been decorated and look fab. The owners are really friendly and made us very welcome and cooked us a superb full English breakfast. The sea front is only a few minutes walk away and the farm has plenty animals which is really interesting. I would certainly recommend this for a relaxing week end away. A big thankyou to owners for such a memorable visit.
