Great place for families plenty to do for the kids and of course the grown ups.

Needed a beach fix after spending a weekend on Dartmoor so stopped here en route on our way home. Lovely walk on the sandy beach. Exmouth town not great. The beach is the best thing.

Had a lovely day on Sandy bay beach. The dog loved it running on the sand even though the weather was a bit wet and windy. We loved the fact that the restaurants, cafes etc are dog friendly, so we didn’t have the worry of leaving our pooch in car. Would recommend to anyone with dogs. But maybe wait till the warmer weather.

We went here whilst staying at the Grand Hotel in Exmouth, which was OK. The food in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The Beach was nice .

This is a nice little beach that is part of the caravan site and it can get very busy in the main season.
Whilst handy and convenient for the holiday makers that are staying "on site" it is not really big enough or appealing enough to encourage visitors away from the many better and larger beaches that the area has to offer.
