I've always liked Harbour House but it's so much improved with it's new owners. Went for lunch this week (twice!) and really enjoyed the tasty vegetarian food. No meat eater could grumble about what's on offer...so delicious. Had frittata for first visit which was lovely, served with the most incredible foccacia and salads. Today I went with a friend. We ordered the pea and feta fritters and the caponata and then shared it. Everything was so tasty, I totally pigged out and had a brownie for pud. I'd love to have the recipe because it was divine - rich and unctuous but not sickly. Total bill was £15, so definitely value for money. The surroundings are lovely, lots of fresh flowers, dishes of vegs, magazines, books for kids. The garden is beautiful on a sunny day.
