Such a lovely lovely place. Cheryl and roger made this an experience to remember.

So much thought has been put into everything to do with the children’s experience on the farm including the lovely photos and certificate we were presented with at the end. Our girls aged 4.5 and nearly 3 adored the animals and increased in confidence and focus when feeding and helping with them every day.

The accommodation was charming and worked really well, well stocked kitchen with everything we needed and lots of extras provided that can be a pain when self catering. The pre-ordered meal we had was really good. We had Samuel whiskers cottage for two families and Katie’s corner for the grandparents. We have a 10month old and the baby equipment was also excellent.

Can’t recommend this place enough, especially to families with small children though I think far older ones than ours would enjoy it too.

Thank you so much Roger and Cheryl and all the team.

Thank you so much Alex, what a great review. We are delighted you all had such a good time at North Hayne and it was lovely to see the children enjoying getting involved so much, they were fabulous 'farmers' and we missed them this week!
We are also especially glad that the cottages worked for your family and that the Jackchilli meal you ordered for arrival went down well!
Thank you all again and hope to see you very soon.

Visited with daughter and son and their children. Cheryl and Roger made us very welcome and took care of grocery deliveries before we got there. Accommodation to suit couples and families, all very clean and well equipped, kitchen able to cater for 6 adults and 3 children. Very convenient for North Devon coast and farm activities for the children (bottle feeding lambs, feeding chickens ducks rabbits pigs sheep and alpacas) with donkey rides and walking the lambs. Good play areas, nature trails, mini beasts. All cottages have a hot tub and bbq
Thoroughly recommended as excellent value for money.

We always loved taking our two boys here. They loved feeding the animals each morning and evening. The cottages are beautiful and it is such a lovely, family run business. We have been on a few occasions and have stayed in 4 different cottages, all equally lovely.

Words can not describe how much we all love North Hayne Farm! Been five times since 2013 and my children were 7 & 2. They are now nearly 13 & 8 and still love coming. Easter is our favourite time of year with the lambs that you can bottle feed. The children still love feeding all the animals, having a donkey ride, holding the smaller animals ie guinea pig and rabbits and taking the lambs for a walk! Plenty to do within a 30 ish minute drive, Exmoor Zoo (can highly recommend the Lemur Experience!), Diggerland and The Big Sheep. Have stayed in Jemima, Tiggy and Peter Rabbit and all cottages are absolutely beautiful, well geared up for families. Little touches like stair gates, children’s cutlery etc although the best bits are the cream tea on arrival and Hot Tub! Everyone that owns/runs the farm are the nicest people ever, it’s like returning to see old friends! Stay, you will love it too although be prepared to book way ahead!

We had a very special family holiday there in July 2017. The farm is completely set up for families and you don't need to worry about anything. The animal feeding is a definite highlight here and the owner Cheryl and Roger couldn't be more accommodating. You felt completely at home here and non of us wanted to leave.
My children are STILL talking about their time on the farm!
