From the moment me and my friend got there we were made to feel part of the family. Everyone made you feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We got there around 10.30am and Rich and Adrienne showed us to our room then invited us down to the cafe for a hot drink then went out of their way to make us breakfast.
Rich and Adrienne were welcoming, friendly, chatty and helpful, pointing out the best places to go, sorting out which bus to catch and even driving us to Port Erin to catch the bus as it was raining. In fact all the staff took the time to say hello and have a chat with us, even the young girl on work experience (sorry I cant remember your name) did everything to make our stay as nice as possible.
The food was excellent ...breakfast was lovely with locally sourced produce and the soda bread is absolutely fantastic!!
On the Friday night we went to the movie night downstairs in the cafe. Again an excellent experience with excellent food. I had the Callig Kedgeree which was perfect
In summary, if you want an excellent stay with excellent people who make you feel important rather than just another guest then stay at the Partchwork guest house and cafe..More
