Stayed here in September with some friends. It's a great B&B with an extremely friendly couple who run it. The location is perfect for the nearby bar & restaurant, and we were impressed with the quality of accommodation & the breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Recently stayed at Greenlea B&B while on a road trip around Scotland. We didn't book anything in advance, just went. Had no intention of going so far north but as Fort William was full we headed towards Loch Ness in the hope of finding somewhere to stay for just one night. Greenlea was the first place we found that had a vacancy, and to be honest, our only other option seemed to be the back of the car!
What a stroke of luck...Greenlea turned out to be one of the highlights of our holiday and we stayed for two nights! Our room turned out to be The Bothy. An attached outbuilding. It was warm and cosy, immaculately clean, had it's own WC, sink and shower and access to the pretty back garden which overlooked the river...perfect! Better still, a full Scottish breakfast was provided in the main house. Gordon and Miranda were fabulous hosts giving us plenty information on the surrounding area and even booked our evening meal at a local restaurant for us. Theirs is a new business but I can see they are going to be very busy in future.
I have no hesitation in recommending Greenlea as a place to stay and will definitely stay again next time I visit Scotland.

Room Tip: Didn't see the rooms in the main house but the Bothy was very private and quiet.

Many thanks for this lovely review. We remember your visit well and we enjoyed chatting with you and D. Many thanks for the thistle it is doing well in the garden! Also we took your advice and installed a small shelf in the en-suite toilet for glasses, toothpaste etc...this is well used by guests so thanks for pointing the need for this out to us. We hope to see you again.

I stayed here for 2 nights and could not have been happier. The accommodation standard was exceptional with a beautiful king size antique style wooden bed with luxurious linen. The hosts Miranda and Gordon were very charming and could not help me enough from offering to drive me places to providing home grown rhubarb compote and home madebeans for breakfast. Don't look any further stay here as you won't regret it and as an added bonus it is located on the village green in the oldest house surrounded by a choice of restaurants and yet is whisper quiet.

Room Tip: Ask for upstairs double room

We had a fabulous stay at this B&B. Our hosts were friendly & helpful, their home was beautifully appointed, the breakfast delicious, and the location was ideal for country walks. Thank you Gordon & Miranda for your warm hospitality.

Stayed there this week for just one night and it was lovely. Hadn't booked so was lucky they had a room but I gather they are new owners and recently started up. Great location, charming house set in the old village and QUIET - and just a couple of minutes walk to local pub and post office. Miranda and Gordon, the new owners, were very friendly and welcoming and the room was lovely with a REALLY comfortable bed which I was truly thankful for, plus its own en-suite and modern shower room. Breakfast was yummy and lots of it! Thanks for having us Miranda and Gordon - our only disappointment is that we couldn't stay longer!

Room Tip: All are quiet rooms as it is such a quiet area. If the others are like our one they will be extremely comfortable and charming.
