The hotel is lovely and ll of the staff are brilliant. The view is amazing and the food is so lovely. The swimming pool and spa is set out really nicely and to top it off there is a hot tub overlooking the water. I would definitely visit again.

Stayed here with a group. We had a ground floor room which was
Ok but the furniture was a bit old fashioned . We could see deer right outside our window and there was a nice
walk right down and along the shore. Swimming pool looked inviting but did not get the opportunity to use it. Gardens would be good if they were trimmed and cared for. Lounge large and had breathtaking views, good food in restaurant.

The rooms could do with updating. Paper thin walls where u could hear people’s conversation next door .The room was mouldy as the windows steamed up at night.
This hotel is in a beautiful location, but has a lot of overdue maintenance. On the positive. On the plus side the staff are good, restaurant service excellent, the food is great (even the set menu) and the location is spectacular. Public areas are spacious and comfortable with lovely views We then made use of the leisure facilities and these were super clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I loved the pool and jacuzzi with a view.
On paying our bill was asked to pay 10% of the total accommodation bill in tips. This we did not as we had already put tips in tip box.

My husband and I have just returned from mull after a two day break in this hotel
We were pleasantly surprised at the high standard of service at this hotel
The restaurant staff were exceptional also the reception staff
I am already thinking of returning if only for the food in the restaurant witch was second to none
Please do no hesitate to go here it’s a hidden gem

Stayed here for two nights while on a two week tour of Scotland.

First the location cannot be beat. It is right on the water, and you can find wonderful views from the lounges and the dining rooms. Our room had a view of the gardens.

If you wander through the garden, you can find a path that runs right along the water. If you head to the left you find some boats sitting and some beautiful flowers. If you head to the right, you will stumble across some beaches and eventually end up at the ferry pier. The views are spectacular and the walk easy and not too long. Well worth the time.

The service here was wonderful and who can complain about having dinner and breakfast in a room with magnificent views. The food was good and it was nice to have fresh whole fruit offered at breakfast.

As a bonus, one evening the local piper club (with pipers ranging in age from 12 to 60 something) came and played for us. They were wonderful.

My husband and I opted to skip one of the optional excursions opting, instead, to wander down to the local pub (just past the pier) for a pint and a whisky before returning to sit in the lobby enjoying the lovely views.
