Frequent visitor to Tony Macs but I’m fed up with it now. Staff are extremely slow to take orders, take ages to clear plates and take forever to bring the bill over to you. I’ve never had a bad meal here but the staff have ruined it for me. Sometimes it feels like they have a problem with you. Their online customer service is a joke too. I emailed previously about having to wait over an hour and a half for a table only to be told that ‘Yes, on this occasion it does seem that you were forgotten about.’ They’re just not interested!
