Arrived for lunch and most of us ordered the soup and toastie/pannini deal - well worth it. Menu not extensive, but does not need be - caters for most appetites. Don't come here for a slap up lunch, its not that sort of place. The cakes were lovely mind!
Ideal for kids(all ages) to visit with all the chickens, rabbits, deer and pigs to see - and a waterfall to boot!

Started out having a look round the Gift Shop, packed with lots of interesting items from lovely soft Cashmere ponchos in autumn colours to Flavoured Gin ideal for xmas presents. The Felt pictures featuring the sheep were beautiful and the many unique craft items to browse. On through to the the Bric a Brac upcycled furniture another great look round , then onto the cafe for a treat of lunch had the Carrot and Courgette Soup (highly recommend) with home made bread and a super fruit scone and pot of tea to end a lovely visit. The owner lady was very chatty and friendly so all in all my friend and I enjoyed our day at Peel Farm.

We visit Peel farm fairly regularly and really enjoy it. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The menu has changed recently but food is still tasty, however, on our last visit we both had ham broth but unfortunately felt that it had been watered down too much and with hardly any veg. With a bit of added salt it tasted better. There is always a huge selection of cakes and traybakes. The fruit scone with clotted cream and jam was particularly good! The gift shop is fab too!

We came upon this place after hill walking in the vicinity. On arrival the cafe was very busy but we were still greeted in a friendly manner and shown to a table. Having ordered the soup of the day we expected a bit of a wait but the staff were very efficient and our food arrived quickly. There was an array of great looking fresh cakes and tray bakes. Having been tempted we were not disappointed. Our experience was so good we went back on 3 other occasions.
