Stayed for one night in a standard farm house room. The room was a bit small but was outfitted to utilize the space efficiently. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable
Level of service was top notch. Our meal was the best we have had in Scotland so far. The location is remote but that is part of the charm
Would recommend highly

Just back from a fantastic wee night away to celebrate our 10th Anniversary and had an absolutely fantastic time. The room, food, service and location are quite simply as good as it gets, would recommend to all!!
Special mention to Rosie the little dog from the hotel, who along with her Golden Labrador sidekick tagged along for a walk and made for great companions :-)

6 of us stayed (3 rooms) for 3 nights for a special birthday celebration.
We could not fault the place. The rooms are charming, spacious, very well equipped, super comfy beds. The food served at this hotel is outstanding. The living rooms in the main house and in the stables are comfortable and quirky, lots of soft deep chairs and sofas to sink into with a good book and something nice served from the bar.
The artwork and decor around the place is interesting and somewhat unusual, but in a good way! The hiking in this area is second to none, lots of lochs and tops to be visited. There is a food/music festival here in May every year, and it would certainly be worth coming to that. A big barn and various outbuildings and 'glamping' options make the whole place even more welcoming. The staff were all helpful, polite, service minded and personable.

We have been to Monachyle Mhor a few times for lunch in the past and had really enjoyed it. We were looking forward to our dinner bed and breakfast present and were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and the room really nice. Food was fantastic.

This is a wonderful destination to be found at the end of a 1 track road with passing places aside a beautiful loch . Great bedroom suites and shabby chic public areas. Our bedroom was great. Lovely bathroom, and comfortable seating area within the room. This place is not cheap. As such, it has to come up to a top class dining experience .......and it did. Great service. Fabulous food. Enjoy! We stayed overnight. The breakfast is quirky..... all as you would expect of a good hotel but with little foodie surprises. We'll be back.
