On a autumn road trip trough the southern highlands ther aren't many possibilities in the area. But the Crianlarich Hotel i a very nice choice. The rooms are small, but functionable, the full scottish breakfast leaves no-one hungry for the day. Due to the "limited" offer in Crianlarich we spent also the evening in the adjacent restaurant, which was also very nice and tasteful, with very friendly staff.

Highly impressed by the 'can do' attitude of this well-run hotel. Despite being fully booked the management went out of its way to squeeze us in for a first class Scottish breakfast, with all the trimmings. We subsequently returned for a delicious dinner. The staff are cheerful, efficient and well-briefed. The impression is of a Highland hotel at the heart of its community, combining traditional service with contemporary cuisine and providing welcome value for money.

Just returned from a 3 night stay and had a really great experience. Warm and friendly welcome from Paula and her team. We had room 211 which is a wet room and despite having seen a critical review of the room wondered if the reviewer had really been in the room. The shower was great and did not flood the rest of the room. Nice bed and good quality linen and towels that wrapped around the larger person. Tea and coffee facilities and a TV what else do you need.
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and of course porridge oats and haggis. Excellent service from Katy and Hamish....he's an Ozzie.
The meals on the restaurant on an evening were good and there was plenty of choice. Service was great.
We checked out and were offered assistance with the luggage and my wheelchair. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
One other nice thing was about a half hour after we left, Danni from reception rang to say that the cleaner had found some glasses in the bedroom and wanted to know what to do with them, they were my wife's reading glasses and I said to post them on and add the cost to my credit card but the glasses arrived 48 hrs later at no cost. Now that is service. Will definitely be returning. Many thanks to the whole team.

Called in for coffee and wished I had planned to have dinner there...The staff were really friendly and the restaurant looked beautiful. My son had chips and we were served quickly so that was perfect for stopping off on a long journey.

Had the pleasure of staying two nights dinner, bed and breakfast. On arrival pleasantly surprised at this 3 star hotel. The reception and lounge areas were welcoming and spotlessly clean. The bedroom was compact and looks as if it had been recently nicely decorated. It was also very clean. The toilet was dated but spotless.
The restaurant was decorated and presented very well and the food was delicious.
All the staff were very attentive and friendly.
Had problems booking the hotel, but this was the only problem I encountered.
Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and will be back hopefully later this month or next.
