What a lovely place. Friendly volunteer staff means prices are very reasonable, and the quality is excellent. Cakes are yummy and at these prices seconds are, well, very tempting.

Heritage centre is fascinating.
This place is too easy to miss but well worth a visit.

Lovely community cafe run by volunteers - no rip off tourist prices so excellent VFM for homemade cakes, hot snacks and hot drinks; also a small heritage centre.

We called in here while on the way to Skye. There are toilets a cafe and a little visitor centre. Very surprised to discover that the area is the ancestral home of the McDonnell clan (a personal interest to me and an unexpected surprise) The cafe and the centre relies on volunteers so pop in for a cuppa and some cake to break your journey

Having driven past several hotels in search of a cafe for a cup of tea we were delighted to find this wonderful facility. Such friendly people and a great cuppa - sorry we didn't have time to stay for something to eat. Suggest more signage earlier in the village so people know you are there. Thank you for a lovely welcome to the Highlands - especially as it was from a Yorkshire lass!

We stopped off here for a walk in Invergarry , decided to venture inside, we were met by a lovely local tour guide in their museum room, found this very interesting and the lady's local knowledge was great.
Before leaving we took a visit to the toilets in the community hall, very clean and looked after, there is also a cafe which looked good.
