An unusual building situated at the end of the prom with excellent sea views.

A varied menu with a wide range of items. The fish and shellfish were excellent with large and small portions available. Those of us who had meat from the mains part of the menu were very happy with the meal.

Most had shell fish to start and fish as the main course. No complaints about any of the courses, but we did not have dessert as we all had a pleasant sufficiency.

There were plenty of staff to help and we found them to be friendly, patient, and well worth the tip.

Two small irritations, one we had to wait 15 minutes for our table to pay their bill and clear the table, however this gave us time to check out the menu and have a drink.

Second was the restaurant was very noisy with a mixed selection of clientele but mostly from the younger generation.

As someone else payed the bill for six people I am not exactly sure how much it was but am told it was good value for money

Well located on the beach, with a nice view of the castle. Food was very good, solid, with typical beachside fare. Only downside was the service, which was marginal, which is to say slow, uninspired, and unenthusiastic. After ordering and not seeing food for some half an hour, we finally got our meals, which were good, once could even say worth the wait. Didn't see our server again until we needed to leave, some 60 minutes later.

Those who have eaten here will probably rate it as highly as I do. For anyone else, here is the guide. As you look in from outside do NOT be put off by the huge number of tables, as my instinct was to be. Neither be concerned at such an extensive menu. Nor the rather industrial feeling of booking on line (should you choose. It works VERY well). I overcame my concerns, and can only say I ate there twice and was equally surprised and impressed. I just don't know how they make it work so very well. The food is high end, the service from the young (and plentiful) staff is splendid. Nobody rushes you. You will NOT regret going. Book early though. Otherwise you might have a choice of 5.00 or 9.45, or worse still, not get in at all. All that in an interesting building with lovely views!

Visited to complete the trio of restaurants which come highly recommended. All 3, Llandudno, Menai Bridge and Criccieth are similarly done out tastefully. This one looks out over the beach which is nice. Same menu in all 3 which is varied and great fish choice. All 3 of us enjoyed our meals. The hake was delicious. Staff very nice and the place has a very professional feel. Dylan’s have come up with a very good brand. Will visit again.

Fab little restaurant with beautiful views of the castle and beach. Cheap car park £1 for 4 hrs! Food was delicious and the kids loved their meals :-) would Defo return.
