We stayed for 1 night and 2 days as a trip extension spot. The hotel was probably great on the 80's...my daughter thought it was fancy hahah. The room was slightly updated and clean and had a kitchenette. The whole place is just a bit odd. A very electic mix of people. I believe some are long term residents and that is a seperate program. The pool was large, plenty of chairs, the beach a step away, you can rent chairs there.
The drink and food was eh. The drink prices were similar to the confidete and not great. The pool bar staff was great. The weirdest thing was the security people also passed out the towels and oversaw pool rules. This inclused no jumping into the pool. Like, even adults to just get wet. They would come over wagging their finger. Very odd. We probably would not stay again unless an amazing rate. We paid around 160 plus resort fees.

We were supposed to stay for 4 days but we had to leave after the first night.

The rooms are complete dirty and untidy. We could handle that but we started to feel small bites all around our body. I guess they were fleas or bedbug who knows? We went to the lobby to ask for help and all they could do is to change our room. No apologies, they did not even care about how uncomfortable we were. And guess what? The second room was as untidy as the first one and we could also feel this bedbugs or whatever.

We tried to file a complaint via hotels supports (where we booked the hotel) and the hotel refused to AT LEAST refund the nights we did not use their amenities.

What a complete disaster

We stayed here for 5 nights. The rooms are a complete dump and dirty. Dirty on our balcony, . The outdoor rug in the kitchen is disgusting. Paint chipping everwhere, wires hanging - definitely more of a motel then hotel. I felt dirtier after my shower than before.
Sliding door was broke . We stay on 8 th Fl and from 4 am was banging on 9th Fl can't sleep
The new rooms are nice if you gong get Location is perfect Pool was Nice and Beach is clean too .
Will come back if i am going get New room .

Sand all over the floor, no soap in the kitchen (or in the pump), valet was horrible on Friday night.

We walked to pool to just look at it & beach to see if we wanted to go & they stopped us to get all our info & wristband. We said we just wanted to stand on step & look but he wouldn’t let us so we left.

I guess you really do get what you pay for.
Wouldn’t stay there again.
However location is good, right on beach.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are a complete dump and dirty. Cigarette butts leftover on our balcony, ants all over the sink and awoken by ants overnight. The outdoor rug in the kitchen is disgusting. Paint chipping everwhere, wires hanging - definitely more of a motel then hotel. I felt dirtier after my shower than before.
The valet service is a joke. Minimum wait time for us during our 3 days took 30 minutes. The guy at the valet booth is rude! The longest time took an hour and 15 minutes. While we were there waiting for our car, the valet service even LOST someone's car. Once they found the car, they couldn't find the keys. These poor people waiting for their rental car on their way to the airport no less, had to leave their belongings in their rental car and get taken to the airport in another car since valet had no idea where the keys were. The only redeeming quality about this hotel is the location the beach. Couldn't pay me to stay here again.
