I specifically stay here because of the location, cleanliness, communication, etc. The breakfast is convenient and tasty. The bar even has happy hour, and you don't have to go anywhere. The gym is great and has everything you need for the most part.

Highly recommend this hotel. Suite was very nice, clean, and fully stocked. Staff was so kind and went above and beyond to support us. Hotel manager, Brian Kent, was particularly thoughtful and helpful. Location is convenient to hospitals, Vanderbilt, and local restaurants.
Nice hotel. Good location. Staff friendly. Beware of otherwise unadvertised $75 pet cleaning fee. Breakfast as good as you get with COVID. Coffee OK but only milk, no real creamer . No more to say but need to fill 200 characters
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and provided everything we needed. The remote needed to be replaced but we could still use the remote from other tv. When we needed something the staff was there for us with a smile and everything we asked for.
Very pleased with the property and staff. The level of security was outstanding. We were traveling to bring my wife to Vanderbilt for a medical appointment and the Hyatt was very conveniently located to the medical center. We will be back because her condition is on going.
A wonderful property with a great location and plenty of space because we upgraded to a larger room with a separate dining room and living room area (which also had a pullout sofa to go with the two queen beds in the attached bedroom.
