Where to begin? It was horrible. Extremely Overpriced and the food was mediocre at best. We had reservations and still had to wait an hour to shuttle to the mansion which was 3 minutes away. They ran out of food and dishes and utensils. Save your money and time and eat anywhere else.

I can’t say enough — agree that it could be 6 stars. There are many wonderful things and places to see and experience in Nashville, and it’s easy to pass Fontanel up, but try to fit it into your experience. The property itself is amazing to experience—by an informal tour during which one can sit on the chairs, pick a famous guitar handing on a wall, and get up close to the artifacts. This amazing log home built by Barbara Mandrell is owned largely by Dale Morris and is an ongoing enterprise. There is plenty of memorabilia to see and memories to be renewed. Thanks, Steve, for the wonderful tour and experience.

This is a gorgeous home with great stories about the Mandrell family and their guests. Ryan Larkin is an awesome tour guide. I hope you get to see him perform for your group. It is a surprising bonus for a great tour!

I Loved this Tour
Have always been a Huge Fan of Barbara Mandrel’s and not sure how I heard about this tour, but have wanted to see this house since I did hear about it. It did not disappoint.
The drive to the property is pretty as you go over streams and pass the walking trails, then you see the house AND wow
It’s breathtaking.
The guide tells you it’s not a museum, but a home and you are welcome to touch, sit or even play the guitars on the walls.
(I had to hold Luke Bryans)
It has lots of items from the group Alabama, Big and Rich, Kenny Chesney,
And many more artists the owners produce.
Highly Recommend this tour, our tour guide is also a singer/songwriter who treated us to a song he wrote, and he is extremely talented. Thank you Ryan for the private concert and great tour at the Fontanel

Steve or was it Kevin did a great job of leading the tour of this fabulous mansion. He made everyone feel at home. There are not many tours that tell you to sit wherever you want or take the special instruments down and play them.
