The place stunk of cleaning solutions; very difficult to breath. Commode ran every 5 minutes and when u set to use it; it rocked back n forth. Very small room. Checked out early. No refund offered! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

We booked 2 nights at the Creekstone Inn. We checked out after one night because we couldn’t face a second night.
I’ve stayed in 2* or less before but never experienced anything this bad - such an overpriced and awful experience.
First the positives: Parking is free, check in was quick and the room was a good size. It’s walking distance to the Stampede which is brilliant.
Now the negatives: The room had a strong smell of damp & urine, the toilet wasn’t fixed to the floor, the bed was so old it collapsed when you sat on it & there wasn’t a sink in the same room as the toilet. The cups for the coffee leaked, the light was broken, I got an electric shock and there was a spark when I plugged my phone charger in to the wall near the bed & whilst the river is lovely, there is an RV park opposite looking straight in to the rooms! To have privacy you have to keep the curtains closed to the balcony, meaning the “upgraded” jacuzzi bath was wasted unless we wanted to have it in the dark.
There were small curly hairs in the jacuzzi bath anyway so I can’t say I’d have wanted to use it.
The front window was the walkway and the road so again, curtains closed for privacy. There were no net curtains either.
The screens between each balcony are see-through so I walked out on to the balcony and was greeted by our older neighbour in his underwear!!
The first page of the visitor book contains a safety warning to not wander around outside at night, to be careful who you are answering the door to etc. Whilst all this is common sense, the a4 page of Guidence really makes you feel that you are not in a safe area of town. Combine that with the noise from the neighbouring go kart track and the location is not ideal.
To top it all off, at 08:30am someone just opened the bedroom door without knocking! Thankfully we had the chain on but I was just getting up so had no clothes on and whoever was there was greeted by me screaming.
When I went to check out early, I asked if the young guy wanted some feedback on why we were checking out early and he didn’t respond. I tried to explain some of the issues and he couldn’t have cared less.
All in all a horrendous experience!
I have tried to capture some of the issues in photo but they don’t always come out well.

This is right on river views was ok, small rapid made for nice sound. Every room has a balcony on river with chairs and table .Came here with family ( 2 room's needed 1 king 1 queen ) but we were on opposite sides of river ,a foot bridge across would be really nice.
Breakfast is good HOT food or cereal in the office building which makes it inconvenient if your room is on other side ( see above re bridge ) . Elevator was hit and miss no rooms ground floor for handicap

Creekstone Inn is a great place to stay, clean with friendly staff, including the maids. Convenient to local attractions, restaurants, and trolley. I would have given them a 5 except for the WIFI. Games and mail took a long time to load.

Hotel rooms are beautiful, Clean and updated linens, however the bathroom door looked like it had been beat with a hammer!! It was scratched all to pieces. Also the bathroom is up beside the bed in the suites and the sink is situated in the middle of the room. It is difficult for 2 people to navigate around. Also there was no ironing board. The parking was horrible. Only 2 handicapped parking spaces and when the hotel is full, and you come in late form a show,,,good luck. We had to park up on the hill and walk down. Also there is only one ( slow) elevator.
The hotel was just OK. The grounds and all looked very grown up and not very well manicured.
