I enjoyed my stay at this quiet little condo. It's clean and comfortable, and the decor is beautiful. I had everything I needed for my week long stay. The kitchen is big and it's well-stocked with utensils, dishes, and pots and pans - this was a big deal for me since the majority of my meals were eaten there. I loved the balcony and the rockers, and spent quite a few hours of my vacation reading out there. I even gave myself a sunburn laying out by the pool, which is also clean and well-maintained.
The office staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I wished I had known before I drove out to the condo was to make sure that I came in from Route 411 and just followed Alpine Drive the whole way to the condos - unfortunately I came in the "back" way without realizing it and got myself good and lost! Nobody's fault but my own since I thought I was taking the shortest route, but that turned out not to be the case. LOL
This condo is close enough to Sevierville to get supplies and stay in and it has a great walking path. The scenery is beautiful. I enjoyed checking out the Forbidden Caverns at the base of the mountain, as well as driving to Gatlinburg and the Smokies for a couple of day trips.
Overall, this is a great place to stay if you like peace and quiet. It was a great vacation for me, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a little alone time.
P.S. - I only had one teeny tiny complaint and that was the balcony screen door had a couple of holes in it and didn't sit right in the track, which is why this place didn't receive a 5 star review. I'm one of those people that like to have the windows open for fresh air, but hate bugs - and of course there are bugs that take advantage of any invitation to come in. As a result, I resorted to taping up the holes in the screen and killing any bugs foolish enough to come in the condo. I give this place a solid 4.75 stars and would still recommend it to anyone who asked.
